These interim terms are provided by VEB AUTOMEISHN LLC and apply to this informational website and any explicitly invited closed-beta access.
Website
The site provides official information about Ability Roulette. It does not currently sell the game, create accounts or process payments. Store links will be added only after the corresponding listings are verified.
Closed beta
Any closed-beta build is unfinished, may change without notice and may be unavailable while development or maintenance is in progress. Access must not be sold, transferred, reverse engineered to attack the service, or used to interfere with other players.
Game content
Ability Roulette is a fictional game containing weapons, chance and stylised violence. It does not offer real-money wagering, cash prizes or items redeemable for money.
Public release
Purchases, refunds and platform services will also be governed by the terms of Steam, Apple, Google or another store used for the purchase. Complete publisher terms and regional consumer notices will be published before release.
